PJX is conceptualised with a restrained composition of built mass in response to its site conditions which accentuates the sculptural form of masonry.
A tower is placed over a triangular podium taking after the shape of the site in its pure form and ideal proportion, yielding an architectural massing that is legible in the city even from a distant view.
The lower 16 floors of the 24-storey Tower were sold as stratified corporate offices. The floor plate, despite its curvature on four sides has a floor efficiency of above 80% and has been sub-divided into 2, 4, 6 and even 8 units per floor, to allow purchasers to select units based on their individual requirements. The top 7 floors were retained by the landowner as part of the JV agreement.
